Obituary Vincent Keith “Bellz” Waters, affectionately known “Lil V” was born on March 14, 1992 in Salisbury, MD to Nicol Renee Waters and the late Vincent Keith Ward. On July 23, 2017 he was tragically called home. Vincent received his early education in Snow Hill, MD until relocating to Baltimore, MD where he then attended Baltimore County Public Schools. He was very adventurous and outgoing. His personality, sense of humor, infectious laugh, and radiant smile were one of a kind. Vincent enjoyed basketball and hanging out with his friends. He was one of the kindest, open-hearted and most genuine men you could ever meet. Although he was a friend, many considered him family. At a young age, Vincent had a passion for fashion. He later realized that he wanted to create a brand that encompassed who he was. Through his vision N.S.L. (Never Settle for Less) was born. N.S.L. was more than just a clothing line, It was his way of life. Out of all his greatest accomplishments in life, “Bellz” was most proud of his three beautiful children. He cherished them deeply and greatly desired to give them the world. He is lovingly remembered by Caiden Waters, Zaniyah Waters and Harlem Waters, all of Baltimore, MD; mother, Nicol Waters of Baltimore, MD; stepmother, Yvette Gattis of Salisbury, MD; grandmother, Barbara Ward of New York; sisters, Tirri Waters and Taylor Waters of Baltimore, MD, Tiarh Waters of Berlin, MD, Chara Fennell of Upper Marlboro, MD, Armani Ward of Salisbury, MD; stepsisters, Taice Cunningham and Mya Perry of Salisbury, MD; stepbrother, Dante’ Cunningham of New York; niece, AlayJah Jones of Baltimore, MD and nephew, Tai’Rai Johnson of Salisbury, MD; godfather Ralph Fletcherel, Manhattan, NY; special friend Ashley Mathews, Columbia, MD and friends will also cherish his memory. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Keith Ward and grandmother, Geneva Waters and a host of great aunts and uncles.
