Stevie L. Dean Jr.

Stevie LaPaul Dean, Jr. passed away suddenly at his home on July 14, 2015. Stevie was born on May 22, 1981 at Easton Memorial Hospital to the late Stevie Dean, Sr. and Crystal Dean of Centreville, MD. Stevie attended Queen Anne’s County public schools. He was joined in holy matrimony to Hannah Bjorkie on September 19, 2014 and to this union one child was born, Skylar London Dean. He was a very loving husband and did anything he could for his wife. He was an amazing father. He has an older daughter, Janasha Dean, who he was very proud of. He would often talk about her and how he was so happy that she was going to college. He had a step-daughter, Lee-Lee, who he loved very much. Now his “Sky-Sky” was his heart; when you saw Stevie you saw “Sky-Sky.” She was his everything. Words cannot explain how much he loved his little girl. He was a very proud, full-time father. He stayed at home with “Sky-Sky” everyday. He was also a very devoted and supportive father. Stevie was an amazing and beautiful son. He loved his mother and step-father, Isaac more than anything. They would have coffee every morning on her balcony and watch the cars go by. The love Stevie had for his mother was more than anyone could put into words. He was her first born and truly he was her heart. Stevie has two nieces, Jasmine and Jay’lynn whom he helped to care for daily and helped to raise as if they were his own. Uncle Peabody soon became, uncle and daddy because that was just how close he was to them; also adopting many other nieces. Stevie had a cousin, Jamel Newman whom was more like a brother than a cousin. He and Jamel were very close. They use to sit in the car for hours just listening to music and sit on the porch all night just talking about “girls” lol. Stevie had a step-sister, Chelsea Hicks whom was there for him whenever he called. She was a great support system. Stevie has two sisters, Stephanie and Shar. Their bond was like no other. It was undeniable and unbreakable and their relationship will be remembered. He was the best big brother any girl could ask for. Not only were they siblings, but each other’s best friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Stevie Dean, Sr.; a brother, Sheu’ron (Rooster) Dean and a daughter, Arlanna Dean. Stevie leaves to mourn his wife, Hannah Dean; mother, Crystal Dean; step-father, Isaac Hicks; children, Janasha Dean, Skylar Dean and Lee-Lee Bjorkie; three sisters, Stephanie (Justin), Shar (Marvel) and Chelsea (Shea); two nieces, Jasmine and Jay’lynn; grandparents, Sadie (Benjamin); three aunts, Lynnette Taylor (William), Mary Green (Jeff) and Lounell (Darryl); five uncles, Frederick Taylor (Gretchen), Tracy Taylor (Blenda), John Taylor, Gregory Dean and William Jacobs; and a very special and devoted friend, Yuri Wallace; also a very special cousin, Preston Wilcox (Ashley) and other relatives and friends.
