Steve William Harrison

Steve W. Harrison of Hartly, Delaware, departed this life on February 2, 2022. He was born August 7, 1951, to Charles and the late Della Harrison of Frederica, Delaware. Steve attended William Henry Comprehensive School. He served in the Army National Guard for 7 years. Steve enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed talking and joking with everyone. He always had time to watch a good Dallas Cowboys football game and trash talk anybody else team. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children coming to visit or spending quality time with his grandchildren and great grandchild. Steve was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Barrett of Frederica, DE. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Heath Harrison of Hartly, DE; two sons, Steven Heath (Theresa) of Smyrna, DE and Brian Heath (Charlene) of South Carolina; one daughter, Courtney Heath (Matthew); five grandchildren, Danijah Parker, Brizon Heath, Selena Heath, Brionna Heath and Kayla Rogers; one great- granddaughter, Arianna Heath; one brother-in-law, Larry Heath of Newark DE; two brothers, Charles Harrison of Slaughter Neck, DE and Vincent Harrison of Felton, DE; six sisters, Diane Harrison of Columbus, OH, Darlene Jones of Chester, PA, Donna Williams of Dover, DE, Darrisa Harrison of Bridgeville, DE, Linda Harrison of Kent OH and Tara Harrison of Frederica, DE; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will truly miss his bright spirit.
