Larry’s Life Larry Antonio Belote, Sr. the beloved son of Josephine Matthews and the late Elroy Cornelius Matthews, Sr. was born on August 25, 1970. He departed this life on June 26, 2022. He received his education in the Worcester County public school system. Larry attended Pocomoke High School in Pocomoke City, Maryland. We commend Larry’s life and legacy to an all-wise, unerring God who never makes a mistake. He may be gone from our present sight but he will forever remain in our hearts. Larry leaves to cherish precious memories: his loving wife, April Townsend; his mother, Josephine Matthews; his children Desiree Johnson, of Princess Anne, Kassandra Belote and Jordan Johnson, all of Salisbury, Maryland, Larry Antonio Belote, Jr., Morgan Williams and Monique Williams, all of Pocomoke, Maryland and Jaquan Heath and Kirsten Heath, both of Princess Anne, Maryland; one stepson, Devonte Townsend of Salisbury, Maryland; one granddaughter, Maleah Williams of Pocomoke City, Maryland; three siblings, Elroy Matthews, Jr. (Felicia) Carlyse Matthews (Dwaine) and Jeremiah Matthews, Sr. all of Salisbury, Maryland and a host of other family and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Elroy Cornelius Matthews, Sr.
