INEZ TAYLOR’S LIFE AND LEGACY Inez Mae Drummond Taylor was born on May 20, 1924, to the late Harry and Helen Pinkard. She departed this life to be with God on January 10, 2022. She was educated in the Accomack County public school system and worked in housekeeping. Inez was united in holy matrimony to the late Harold James Taylor. Inez enjoyed the simple things in life like cooking, sewing and watching her soap operas. She loved flying, especially when she would visit with her son, daughters and grandchildren who lived away. She was a very quiet and soft-spoken person who enjoyed a good laugh, just for the fun of it. Inez loved her family dearly, with a truly unconditional love and was the one who kept everyone together. She will be missed more than she could ever imagine. We love you momma. Inez was a member of New Macedonia Baptist Church in Pocomoke City, Maryland. While she was not a member of any auxiliaries, she would faithfully contribute to any cause. She leaves to cherish a lifetime of precious memories with: her four daughters, Thelma Donald and Geraldine Taylor, both of Saint Petersburg, Florida and Hazel and Hester Ann Taylor, both of Pocomoke City, Maryland; three sons, Robert (Shalinda) Taylor of Princess Anne, Maryland, Billy Taylor of Riverview, Florida and George Taylor of Pocomoke City, Maryland; one sister, Pauline Hall of Withams, Virginia; two sisters-in-law, Mary Pinkard of Atlantic, Virginia and Mildred Milbourne of Parksley, Virginia; two brothers-in-law, Willie Harmon of Pocomoke City, Maryland and Vernon Taylor of Salem, New Jersey and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Harry and Helen Pinkard, Inez was preceded in death by two daughters, Catherine Taylor and Audrey Corbin, one son, William Taylor and one grandson, Coston Taylor.
