Revelation 21:3-4 Wanda V. Hankerson (63) was born June 16, 1955 to the late Tim McCoy and Barbara Goslee. She departed this life on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 peacefully at home. Wanda was educated in the Public Schools of Wicomico County. She was employed with the Wicomico County Board of Education for twenty plus years. She was also a bus contractor for Wicomico County. Wanda could always be counted on for an honest opinion, a good laugh and good food. She was a loving “Mom-Mom” to her grandchildren and a loving and supportive wife and mother. Even through her physical limitations, she provided loving care to her husband Leroy. She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband Leroy Hankerson of 43 years; two daughters “Snoopy” Williams of Glen Burnie and Keisha Hankerson of San Domingo; one son Rudy Hotten of San Domingo; three brothers Tony (Jackie) Goslee, Damaris (Christina) of San Domingo and Daryl (Savannah); four granddaughters, Shay Williams and Taz of Glen Burnie, Anajiah and Abreya of San Domingo; three grandsons Tre of Glen Burnie, Jaylen and Davion of San Domingo; one great-granddaughter Cataléya of Glen Burnie two aunts Mary Winder and Jean Brown of San Domingo; one uncle Reece Brown of Pennsylvania and several nieces, nephews and a host of cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Morris Goslee, daughter Kim and grandson Devin. “Sleep on Wanda and take your rest. We all love you, but God saw that you were getting tired. So he just closed your eyes to rest.
