Tracy A. Molock

Tracy Ann Molock was born on August 25, 1962, to the late Mary Alice Carr and James Lake, in Cambridge, Maryland. She transitioned from her earthly life to see how long eternity is, on October 31, 2018, at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 56. Tracy graduated in 1980, from North Dorchester High School in Hurlock, Maryland. After graduation, she worked full time at Airpax Corporation, until her health declined in 2016. Tracy married the love of her life, Derrick Molock on July 15, 1989, at Christ United Methodist Church. Tracy later joined Christ United Methodist Church, where she was a dedicated member. She served on the Board of Trustees, vision team, visiting committee, and was a Sunday School teacher. Tracy loved children and sharing the word of God with them. They were all affectionately known as her “Sunday School Kids.” She later attended Lay Academy. She was known for her sweet personality and willingness to help anyone in need. If you couldn’t find Tracy at church, she was either in the kitchen or in her garden. Tracy cherished her family and could always be counted on to host a big summer BBQ and family dinners. She loved to travel and go on family vacations. Tracy was a happy person and always made time for the people she cared about. Tracy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Alice Carr; stepfather, John Henry Carr; father, James Lake; grandfather, Milburn Fletcher; grandmother, Catherine Fletcher; brothers, Rodney Neal and William Lake, Sr.; aunt, Frances Williams; and sisters-in-law, Sharon Molock and Linda Molock. Tracy leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Derrick Molock; daughter, Stefanie Molock; spiritual son, Adrian Neal (Eri’Chunda), Hurlock, MD; sisters, Laverne Strawberry, Baltimore, MD, Myra Neal, Hurlock, MD, Dianeanna Molock, Cambridge, MD, Debbie Blake, Hurlock, MD, Geraldine Lake (James), Denton, MD, Wanda Hayes (Jerry), Cambridge, MD, and Cynthia Holland, Elwood, MD; brothers, Keith Brown, Hurlock, MD, Billy Qualies, Newport News, VA, Richard Molock (Brenda), Cambridge, MD, Sylvester Molock, Cambridge, MD, and Leroy Molock, Round Rock, TX; special cousin, Evelyn Blake (Medford), Baltimore, MD; godchildren, Tracy D.
