Ryrico Jermaine Nocks Jr.

Ryrico Jermaine Nocks Jr. also known as R.J. was born on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Beebe Medical Center, and God called His angel home on November 14, 2012, after a long illness. R.J received his education at The Indian River School District T.O.T.S Program where the teachers loved him, cheerfully. He loved attending the program and wanted to go every day, if he could. He also loved attending St. John 2nd Baptist Church Vocational Bible School faithfully, yearly. Ryrico began an early Christian life from birth. He was christened at Soul Saving Restoration Center, under the leadership of his Christian Grandfather and Grandmother, Rev. Steven and Evang. Selena Houston. Like his father, R.J loved playing the drums. He loved church, and also loved singing spiritual songs while beating on anything he could. Some of the songs he would sing are: "How Great is our God", "This is the Day" and also "Let the Church Say, Amen". He loved singing these songs with the family. Ryrico was a loving child. There was not a person that he did not like. Many people fell in love with R.J because of his smile, that would light up a whole room. He was a cheerful, loving, caring angel. If you knew R.J, you knew that he loved his BaBa. That was his comforter. He also loved playing sports, basically football and basketball. He loved wrestling too; mostly family. He thought he was John Cena, but he was only Hornswoggle (a midget). Most of all, he loved his family and spending time with family; basically his brothers and sisters. R.J is preceded in death by his sister Rhionnah Houston, a favorite aunt, Pandora Nock, his loving grandmother, Hattie Durogene , and several other family members who have gone home to be with the Lord. R.J leaves to cherish his memories: his Loving father, Ryrico J. Nocks Sr., his loving mother Quontisha Nocks (Xavier Parker); his grandparents: Rodney Nocks Sr. and Mae Nock, Martisia Hopkins and Gary Gibbs; his great-grandparents: Johnny Gibbs, Sr. and Joanne Gibbs, Fannie Mae Johns and Two Brothers: Tyquan Finney, Stephen Houston: Three sisters: Shaniyah Houston, Tariyah Nocks and Savanna Fly, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
