Nicole Brown

Celebration of Life Nicole (“Noonie, Mz. Fiesty”) Brown of Princess Anne, Maryland and formerly of Millsboro, Delaware, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her family and close friends on Friday, October 2, 2015 after a long illness. She was thirty-eight (38) years young. She received her public education at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewis, Delaware, and continued her education at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, Maryland. Nicole affectionately known to many as “Noonie or Mz. Fiesty”, was a dedicated worker for the Veteran’s Affairs Clinic in Cambridge, Maryland for 5 years. Noonie loved spending time with her children, family, and friends. She loved and lived life to the fullest. Nicole enjoyed shopping, traveling, and most importantly, eating. She loved riding on her two’s with her biker friends the “Thug Riders.” “Noonie” was very spoiled by her friends and had to have her way. She was known for her two favorite sayings, “I Can’t Deal”, or Don’t Nobody Have Time For Your Shenanigans,” especially when she was watching Love & Hip Hop or the Baltimore Ravens. We all knew that was a no no. She leaves to cherish her memories: her two daughters, Briana Hamlin and Miracle Copes, both of Princess Anne, Maryland; one grandson, Khire’ Jones of Princess Anne, Maryland; her mother, Louise Ringold of Milford, Delaware; 5 sisters—Marlene (Paul) Reed of Millsboro, Delaware, Annette Foreman of Berlin, Maryland, Vanessa Whaley of Princess Anne Maryland, Janet Brown of Smyrna, Delaware and Elaine Brown of Laurel, Delaware; 3 brothers—Andrew Whaley of Salisbury, Maryland, Willie (Tony) Miller of Salisbury, Maryland and Frankie Brown of Baltimore, Maryland; her favorite aunt, Lucille Brown of Milton, Delaware and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Nicole had her special friends and caregivers whom she loved dearly, and they loved her the same and took care of her to the end. Cherished memories will remain with Patricia Duckett of Baltimore, Maryland, Joanna (Tracy) Hicks of Georgetown, Delaware, Jennifer Joynes of Salisbury, Maryland, Laquita Purnell of Milford, Delaware and Charles Brummell of St. Michaels, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her father Andrew Whaley and 4 uncles.
