In Loving Memory Of Cathy Lupino Walter-Palmer Cathy Lupino Walter-Palmer was born on July 23, 1958 to the late Roland and Edna Walter in Hacksneck, Virginia. She depart this life on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Tidal Health in Salisbury, Maryland. Cathy was educated in the Virginia school system. She furthered her education as a CNA Health Worker and spent her life caring for people of all ages. She also worked at Nandua Seafood in Hacksneck, Virginia and Edward Seafood in Onley, Virginia. Cathy met and married her beloved husband, Clint Palmer and they shared twenty (20) years of marriage together. Cathy was a strong woman, holding her family together with love and trust in God. She also loved to cook and some of her famous meals were Chicken and Dumplings, Lasagna, Homemade Rolls and making homemade birthday cakes with her Grandson Brendan. Cathy was known to speak her mind but she had a good heart and was loved by many and loved many people. She leaves to cherish precious memories: her husband, Clint Palmer; two sons, Brandon Walter and Tyshaun Walter with fiance Jasmine; two step daughters, Roshawn Joynes and Lavinia Joynes; grandsons, Brendan Walter, Jaquelle Joynes, Antwain Wynder and Ladelle Joynes; granddaughters, Dasani Moore and Daisha Victory; nephews, Terrence Giddens and Donny Shedrick, whom she loved dearly; one sister, Portia Bailey; brothers-in-law, Thomas Bailey and Charles Palmer; two brothers, Faron Walter and Anthony Walter; sisters-in-law, Theresa Walter and Melinda Dowling; two aunts, Margaret Lowther and Diane West; one uncle, John West; six nieces; six nephews; special family, Dorthea, Terry, and Jenette; special friends, Karen, Betty, Georgia Mae, Charlean and Dale and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded her in death by her father, Roland Walter, mother, Edna Walter and brother Alexander Harvey. Shed No Tears Shed no tears, she would say. For I am not dead, I'm just away. I called on the Lord, so He answered and came and took me away to a place where I'd feel no pain. My heart is at ease and I am at rest; God took me home because He knew what was best. He heard my cries and saw what you couldn't see; He knew Heaven was where I needed to be. Don't worry about me; I am just fine, because victory is surely now all mine. I fought my battle and I've finally won; I've made it home to see my Savior, The Holy One. Sisters and Brothers.
