Candise Marie Horsey-Rosembert

Candise Marie Rosembert was born to Michael Hyland and Elisa Horsey on September 4, 1986, and departed this earth to be with the LORD on March 22, 2018. Candise was a native of Laurel, Delaware, where she received her childhood education in the Laurel Public School System. Her parents moved to Delmar, therefore, she completed high school and received her diploma from the Delmar Public School System in 2004. Candise attended the Delaware Skills Center and later went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the American InterContinental University on May 12, 2012. Shortly after graduating from high school, Candise relocated to Newark, Delaware, and finally moved to Smyrna, Delaware, where she had currently resided. On June 24, 2009, Candise married her best friend and soulmate, since intermediate school, Emmanuel Rosembert, Sr. Candise began her employment with various companies, however, it was in November 2013, that she succeeded in getting the job of a lifetime. She was hired by Capitol One and was able to work from home. What a blessing!!! Everyone who came to know Candise described her as warm, caring and genuine. The joys of her existence were her children, husband and family. Her greatest passions were reading, traveling, cooking, watching Lifetime movies and spending quality time with her loved ones. Candise was predeceased in death by her maternal grandfather, Melvin Horsey; maternal grandmother, Helena Horsey; and paternal grandmother, Moezell Hyland. Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Emmanuel Rosembert; two children, Emmanuel Rosembert Jr. and Kabria Marie Rosembert; parents; Michael Hyland and Elisa Horsey; grandfather, Harvey Hyland Jr.; siblings, Michael Horsey (Sharon), Dontez Horsey (Celci), Brandon Horsey (Jasmine), Donelle Horsey, and Danielle Horsey (Patrick); nieces and nephews, Ky’Lesha, Adam, Adrianna, Gerald, Jr., Leia, Kayson, LaNiyah, Kaydence, Dontez, Jr. and Bryden; father and mother-in-law; Jackson Rosembert Sr. and Jocelyn Rosembert; brothers-in-law; Rich Rosembert (Kyanna), Pete Rosembert, Gerald Rosembert, Sr., Jackson Rosembert, Jr., and Edwin Rosembert; best friends, Lillian Stanley and Kendra Snead; and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
