Alejandrino Castrejon

Obituary Alejandrino Castrejon, son of the late Ventura Castrejon and surviving mother Maria Valladares, was born on February 9, 1970 in Mexico. He peacefully passed away at home on October 26, 2021. He unfortunately lost his battle against gastric cancer. Alejandrino immigrated from Mexico to the United States in his teens, and worked long and hard to provide for his family back home. Eventually, after some time and struggle, he was naturalized and became a US citizen. One of his favorite passions was music and singing. He never really played an instrument but he was a great singer. He started at a very young age in Mexico with a band formed by himself and his siblings. Later on, his brothers (the band members) immigrated to the US as well, and kept the band going here. Alejandrino leaves behind to mourn his passing his devoted wife of 30 years Eugenia Martinez, 2 children Oscar and Ruby Castrejon, daughter-in-law Jocelyn Deleon, 3 granddaughters Rosalia, Mia and Emily Castrejon, 3 brothers Demetrio, Felix and Felipe Castrejon, 2 sisters Francisca and Josefina Castrejon, and his pet companion Bear. Alejandrino will be remembered for his great personality, loving spirit, hilarious sense of humor and amazing singing. He is a beautiful man, and will always be in our hearts. Falleció pacíficamente en su casa el 26 de octubre de 2021. Desafortunadamente perdió su batalla contra el cáncer gástrico. Alejandrino emigró de México a los Estados Unidos en su adolescencia, y trabajó mucho y arduamente para mantener a su familia en su país. Finalmente, después de algún tiempo y lucha, se naturalizó y se convirtió en ciudadano estadounidense. Una de sus pasiones favoritas era la música y el canto. Nunca tocó un instrumento, pero era un gran cantante. Empezó muy joven en México con una banda formada por él y sus hermanos. Más tarde, sus hermanos (los miembros de la banda) emigraron también a los Estados Unidos y mantuvieron la banda aquí. Alejandrino deja atrás para llorar su muerte a su devota esposa de 30 años Eugenia Martínez, 2 hijos Oscar y Ruby Castrejon, la nuera Jocelyn Deleon, 3 nietas Rosalia, Mia y Emily Castrejon, 3 hermanos Demetrio, Félix y Felipe Castrejon, 2 hermanas Francisca y Josefina Castrejon, y su mascota Bear. Alejandrino será recordado por su gran personalidad, su espíritu cariñoso, su divertidísimo sentido del humor y su increíble forma de cantar. Es un hombre hermoso y siempre estará en nuestros corazones.
