Fred E. Spellman, Jr. "Lil Bro", was born on July 15, 1952 to Fred and Marjorie Spellman in Milford, Delaware. He was 57 years old and made his eternal transition on March 2, 2010 at Milford Memorial Hospital. He was the fourth of five children and the only son.
Fred "Lil Bro" acquired his education in the Milford School District. After completing high school, he moved to New Jersey where he resided for many years. Prior to becoming disabled, he worked various jobs as a truck driver and laborer. Later, he moved back to Delaware to be closer to his family and friends. He loved spending time with his family and mirrored characteristics like his father, who was his best friend. He was quietly attractive, good spirited and willing to help whenever possible.
He dedicated his life to Christ and became a member of Mt. Zion Church in Georgetown, Delaware, where he occasionally served as a groundskeeper. During his leisure time, he enjoyed watching football, basketball and wrestling on television. To know him was to love him. He was married and divorced twice.
